Mexico customer ordered one set of plate labeling machine

Our Mexico customer send us inquiry which said It’s been a long time since we were in touch. Currently, we are looking for an automatic labeling machine, to place printed barcodes in our melamine plates. Please find attached video of where we want the automatic labeling machine to be placed at. Our idea, is that after the plate finishes its polishing process, before it goes into the slide, it passes through an automatic labeling machine.Do you have an equipment you can offer? After checked customer samples, we recommend BGJ-P220.
Customer is very happy with our recommendation, and said Hi! We are considering to send you 6 samples of different plates, bowls and tumbler so you can send us a video of your labeling machine working on them.We got samples, and test with our labeling machine. Customer plate is working perfect with our labeling machine. They require to add the belt, after the label is placed, 2 meters longer.
After confirmed everything about machine, customer is talking about payment way: Hi! Regarding the video, thank you. Now is clear for us. Regarding the L/C, well, this is can be the 3rd time we place a PO to you. We bought labeling machines in 2 different time, 1 at the beginning, and then 2 like the first one. April, for you, receiving a L/C should be no problem, and for us, it will help us to place PO right away. Please reconsider.

Customer said :  Hi! Well, it is a great advance, and although is not our precise requirement, my Boss, in a token of good will and gratitude with your Boss, has accepted to place the L/C at sight for this equipment.Please send me PI, with bank information to ask for the L/C draft for your approval.
