Thailand customer order a box packing machine

We have got his inquiry on March and says:

Dear Sir/Madam,

We’d like to have a carton machine quotation.

Packing Process as follow:

1. Insert a carton card 1 pc and Insert snack (air inside bag) 1 pc. In carton and close by glue.

2. Feed cartoon card on conveyor by hand

3. Feed snack on conveyor by hand

4. Speed : please advise

We have a quickly action to the customer’s inquiry, send out both the quotation together with a  video for customer reference. So before we make a quotation what should we know? Pls check below common information that we have to check:

-1,The box sizes in L x W x H

-2.Whats in the box？Pictures or videos for reference would be better

-3.Whats the sealing type,folding sealing or gluing sealing

-4.How to load the products conveyor,manually or connect with production line

-5.If connect with the production line,then we have to check your factory layout to check how to connect and place our machine

-6.Capacity required

After customer check the quotation,we have talked more details of his request,like:

-1.Can I get a CIF prices? Certainly, we check with our forwarder to get it soonest for him. It is depends on customer, no matter EXW,FOB,CFR or CIF price request.

-2.How about the installation and commissioning cost? We provide out aboard installation and commission service of all our machines, so after discussed we have set 6day round-trip installation service. Besides, all of machines are 1 year quality guarantee and lifelong maintenance service.

-3.If it is possible to test our products on your machine? Yes, I checked with our production that we have exist machine which can do the test for customer.

-4.Samples request, to do such a testing, normally we will need 100-200 for initial testing, for final testing before the machine finished would required 500pcs of each size. For the product inside can be sent in small quantity as it can be re-used.
