Shrink Labeling Machine Common Troubleshooting

We list some problems when operate shrink sleeve labeling machine

1. When touch screen show label-feeding is abnormal, reason: label feeding servo is overloading or label is block. when abnormal condition is removed, pls press Abnormal Removed

2. When our automatic bottle shrink sleeve labeling machine touch screen show label-feeding overtime, related sensor is X1-2  reasons: no label on center pillar, pls set sensor error.  pls Check X1-2 sensor, when abnormal condition is removed, pls press Abnormal Removed

3. When cutter head is abnormal, reason: cutter head servo is overloading or label is block, when abnormal condition is removed, pls press Abnormal Removed

4. When label sleeve machine clean down unit is not open, pls press Clean Down to open it.

5. When label is in shortage, related sensor is X07, reason: there is no roll label or the feeding roller is not pressed X07. Pls replace roll PVC or PET or OPS shrink label, and check feeding roller clamp to check whether its closed. Check sensor X07, pls press Abnormal Removed

6. When emergency stop show in touch screen, pls adjust labeling machine emergency button to ON
