Sleeve labeling machine for Italy customer

Our customer import food processing and packing machineries from China since many years, and at present they are looking for a Sleeve labeling machine for their clients (including steam tunnel, please).they work with the main Italian manfacturers of food products, all over Italy, and also abroad. their plan is to import one first Sleeve labeling machine as a test, to check how it works, the quality and everything.  If the machine is suitable for their market, they will offer the machine to all other clients, in order to develop the business and increase the sale on the market.The clients are many, and also the containers that they need to pack are many. and they can give us an idea of some of the packaging they need to pack as follow:

- 33cl glass bottle: its size is - h 16cm, diameter 6cm
- 212ml glass jar: its size is - h 9cm, diameter 6,5cm
- 314ml glass jar: its size is - h 12cm, diameter 7cm
- 370ml glass jar: its size is - h 11,5cm, diameter 7cm
For a first offer, we can consider all round jars.
Attached they are sending the picture of the glass bottle bottle (please, don't consider the label we see on the bottle: it is a paper label, but clients need to put a sleeve label on it), and also a picture of a glass jar: all jars are round, so the shape is the same for all volumes mentioned above. In case the clients need to pack other containers, they will give us dimension of the containers. The speed they need is not a very quick one, 3000 or 5000 pieces per hour can be ok. The most important thing is that the machine needs to have CE certification: without it, customer are not able to import the machine properly.

Customer told us please consider that they are not looking for a spot sale: they need to find a long term cooperator, so they can develop a sale net among all the potential buyers, in Italy and abroad.

Here is what they are looking for besides Sleeve labeling machine:
1. Filling machine, needed to fill fluids food (like mayonnaise, and other vegetable creams) in pouches, like Aluminum bags and Transparent bags.This machine should be able to manage small bags basically, like 200g bags or 500g, and eventually they will next discuss about biggest size bags management.
2.Rotating Labeling machine: they are looking for this machine for round glass jars, to apply auto-adhesive labels, for one single label on the jar.
As option, they would like to have also labels that are able to apply labels both in the front of the jar, and also on the back.
The speed of the machine should be from 2.000 up to 10.000 labels per hour.
3. Linear Labeling machine: they are looking for this machine for round glass jars, to apply auto-adhesive labels, for one single label, on the jar. As option, they would like to have also labels that are able to apply labels both in the front of the jar, and also on the back.The speed of the machine should be from 2.000 up to 10.000 labels per hour.
